Check-in

Check-in time is 15:00hr.

Adapter

Plug adapters can be borrowed from the Front Desk, with a maximum of one per room if available. A $25 USD deposit will be charged to your room, which will be credited back when you return the plug adapter to the Front Desk. Failure to return the adapter will result in a fine.

Air Conditioning

All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, set to 20 degrees. Each room has a remote control for the air conditioner. We kindly suggest turning off the air conditioner when you go outside.

In-Room Safe

Every room is equipped with a safe for your convenience. You will find the safe inside the closet next to the bed. To close: enter a 4-digit code and press lock. To open: enter the same 4-digit code. We strongly advise you to use the safe for all your valuables, such as cash, passports, etc. Leaving valuables outside the safe and/or personal belongings on your balcony or terrace is at your own risk. Please be sure to double-check your safe before checking out.

Beach / Gym Towel

Beach / Gym Towel is provided upon check in. You can exchange your used towel for a towel card or a clean towel daily at the Front Desk. Upon check out, the towels or towel cards need to be returned at the Front desk, if not USD$25.- will be charged for each towel.

Breakfast

Complimentary Simple breakfast, selection includes eggs, fresh fruit, bacon, cheese, turkey ham, bread, yogurt, pancakes, cereals, coffee, tea, juice, and milk. Served 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. daily.

Laundry Service

Laundry service is available through an external company. To request this service, please visit the front desk. A front office agent will handle the request on your behalf. Please note that it may take 1 to 2 days for your laundry to be returned.

Tours information

There are many activities to enjoy on the island, such as boat trips, city tours, diving, and snorkeling trips. Information regarding these tours and more can be provided at the front office.

Restaurants

For Lunch & Dinner you can visit all the restaurant near the hotel. Reservations can be made at the Front Desk Ext 605 & 606.

Room Cleaning

Brion City Hotel pursues a “Green Movement”. This means you get room cleaning after two days. For the request of a daily change or to make your stay more comfortable, including extra- soap, towels etc. please get in touch with the Front Desk.

Smoking

This is a non-smoking hotel therefore smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Smoking is only allowed in open air areas.

In case anyone is found smoking inside the hotel room and/or there is any sign of cigarette smoke/smell inside the hotel room, a penalty of USD$250.- will be charged on your account.

For local or international calls please call the Front Desk. Telephone costs will be charged to your room bill and must be paid upon check out.

Check-out

Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Do you want a late checkout? Kindly pass by or call the Front Desk before 10:00 AM on the day of departure to check availability.

Late check-out till 15:00hr = USD$40.-
Late check-out till 18:00hr = USD$80.-

For a late check-out after 18:00hr a surcharge of one (1) night is required.

We have free parking facilities for our guests. However, the hotel is not responsible for the security of any vehicle.

Security guards are on patrol 24/7 on the Brion City Hotel premises and our property is also equipped with surveillance cameras so we do our utmost to ensure your safety. We do still advise you to be aware of your surroundings.

Supermarket

Grab & Go store at Brion City Hotel 24/7 open. Artis Supermarket is open daily from 08:00hr – 18:00hr. Brion Convenience Store opens at 08:00 hr. to 20:00

Taxi

We can arrange a taxi for you at any time. Please pass by the Front Desk to make the necessary arrangements.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

The most important part of our safety program is that you know how to respond in case of an emergency. On arrival at our hotel, please take a moment to look at the emergency exits in your hallway. The escape route is displayed on the back of your bedroom door. Alarm buttons are mounted on each floor. In an emergency press the alarm button in the immediate vicinity. Please familiarize yourself after checking in with the following safety precautions:
• Locate the emergency exits.
• Please have a look at the diagram on the back of your bedroom door.
• Locate the nearest fire extinguisher and alarm button.

Fire Safety Procedures

Our hotel is equipped with an efficient fire alarm system. We want to be sure that you are prepared to leave the hotel safely if one of our warning signals sounds. For your own safety please make yourself familiar with the following procedure:

Leaving the Hotel

  • In case of an evacuation, you will be informed via an

            announcement.

  • Take your room key with you.
  • Please check if your door is hot or smoke is entering

            before you leave.

  • If the corridor is accessible, please leave the hotel

            through the closest available emergency stairs. Do not use the elevator.

If your door feels hot or is impassable

• Place wet towels on the floor in front of your door.
• Call the Front Desk and tell them your name and room number.
• Turn off your air conditioning to prevent smoke entering your room.
• Lie down on the floor to avoid inhaling fumes.
