- Reservations will only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card.
- Security deposit at arrival (cash or credit card): US$100 – Cash Deposit refund on the check out day – Credit Card deposits refund on 10 working days after the check out day.
- Group sales and or sales through travel agents will only be guaranteed if these are paid in full 72 hours before check-in.
- Requests for specific bed types will be accommodated, based on availability on arrival at the hotel.
- Cancellations/amendments made after 24 hours prior to the check-in date will be subject to a penalty fee of 1 night of room rate and will be charged to credit card used to perform the reservation.
- Check-in time is 15:00 Hrs.
- Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs.
- The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
- Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible.
- Nothing herein above constitutes or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part or position thereof in favor of any guest or resident or visitor.
- The company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the hotel premises.
- Visitors are not allowed after 10 PM in guest rooms.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a 1 room night. No refunds after check in.
- Early check-outs will be charged one night’s room rate to the credit card used to perform the reservation.
- The liability for my bill is not waived and that I agree to be held personally accountable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or full amount of Brion City Hotel charges.
- All room nights are subject to room tax which will be reflected on the final bill.
- Only registered guests with valid identification will be issued additional key cards or be allowed access into the hotel room by Hotel management, in case keycards are misplaced or lost.
- Guests should ensure that their hotel room door is always properly secure. Brion City Hotel cannot be held responsible for any personal items and valuables left in guest rooms. In Room Safes are provided and recommended for guest use.
- Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of Hotel. This liability extends to both registered guests and their visitors.
- Guests found in the act of or with evidence of smoking while on Hotel / premises will incur a USD 250 fine per occurrence, except for smoking in designated smoking areas.
- Gym Policy: I agree and acknowledge that when entering and using the unsupervised Gym, I do so at my own risk and that Hotel Management shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and/or damage.
- Pool Policy: I agree and acknowledge that when entering and using the unsupervised Pool, I do so at my own risk and that Hotel Management shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and/or damage. I also acknowledge that diving is not allowed at the pool.
- Unless indicated otherwise above, I agree to be sent Brion City Hotels e-mail newsletter and other exclusive discount offers.
- The management reserves the right to add, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
- The undersigned agrees to make immediate payment of all charges incurred upon receipt of statement or on departure, any charges after departure will be charged to the method of payment marked and a statement will be forwarded by post.
- The undersigned agrees that all information displayed is accurate.
